These folks really did the job you hope hospice will do. Right away after the diagnosis and choosing Magnolia, they really took control of the process as an advocate for my mom.
Magnolia has an excellent team providing care and resources and so thankful they have been so attentive with my mom's needs. I can always reach someone when I call unlike the other hospice. I feel heard in every interaction. I am so relieved now that we have the Magnolia team. They are advocates for my mom in the nursing home and that is a huge factor giving me reassurance my mom is getting the best care.
